Serving the Filipino-American expatriate community since 1918, the New York Branch of the Philippine National Bank operates as a full-service bank offering retail commercial banking services including, among others, commercial and consumer loans, remittances to the Philippines, global wire transfers, letters of credit, and other commercial banking services.

Philippine National Bank New York Branch operates under a charter granted by the New York State Banking Department. It is also regulated by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Central Bank of the Philippines. PNB New York Branch is not a member of the FDIC.

PNB New York Branch's office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Its offices are closed on Sundays and Federal holidays.
